Risk Management

Large-scale industrial operations are invariably fraught with the possibility of emergency scenarios that might endanger human life and health, harm the environment, destroy material assets, or harm the company's reputation. We can reduce the risk by implementing an efficient risk management system.

We started implementing a risk-based approach to update the industrial safety system. In order to regulate the fundamental dangers of industrial safety, the organization has developed scenarios of errors with catastrophic repercussions, the risks of which need to be prevented in the first place. For a variety of scenarios, models of causal connections that show the relationship between preconditions, a likely occurrence, and its effects have been constructed. These models also provide the best course of action for reducing the likelihood of an incident or lessening its effects. The business has put in place these obstacles through the implementation of a corporate-wide Safety Framework program. The real barrier installation quality at the company's locations is examined by an impartial examination.

The results of barrier deployment are shown on a unified corporate dashboard, enabling managers at all levels to govern the mitigation of major risks and perform an impartial evaluation of the state of security at specific sites. We're also working on compiling the best practices that may be used to manage industrial safety threats associated with specific operating characteristics of an asset. To do this, every asset compiles a list of the most important risks, and then action plans are designed and put into action to lower those risks.
